L. LEGISLATION AND ACTION ITEMS

1. Consider for Approval a reimbursement grant award under the Commercial Building Improvement Grant Program to Sloane Stevens Salon LLC (dba Sloane Stevens Salon / Skyn Medical Spa) for eligible improvements at 14045 and 14047 S Bell Road in the amount of $7,500.00.

2. Consider for Approval an Ordinance granting a parking adjustment, with conditions, for a reduction of 15 required parking spaces from fifty-four (54) spaces to thirty-nine (39) spaces for certain real property located in the C-2 Local Business Zoning District at 12141, 12143, 12145 and 12147 W. 159th Street, Homer Glen, Illinois. [HG-2527-P].

3. Consider for Approval an Ordinance granting a Variance to permit an increase in impervious surface coverage to 44.46% for a rear concrete patio where only 40% is permitted for certain real property located in the R-4 Single-family Residential District at 12423 W. Walden Road, Homer Glen, Illinois [HG-2525-V].

4. Consider for Approval an Ordinance proposing the establishment of a Special Service Area (SSA) for the Villas of Hidden Valley, providing for a Public Hearing on this matter.

5. Consider for Approval a motion to initiate the process for 10 minor text amendments to the Zoning Ordinance [Case HG-2528-A].

6. Consider for Approval an Ordinance Adopting the Levy and Collection of Taxes for the Village of Homer Glen, Will County, Illinois for the Fiscal Year beginning May 1, 2025, and Ending April 30, 2026.

7. Consider for Approval Payment of an invoice in the amount of $20,461.92 to Preform Traffic Control Systems, LTD for the 2025 road striping program.
