Minooka Community High School had the highest enrollment among Grundy County schools, welcoming 2,783 students during the 2021-22 school year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education report.

Out of all the students welcomed in the 2021-22 school year, 50.9% of the students were girls, and 49.1% were boys.

Data also showed that most of the students were white, representing 69.6% of the student body at Minooka Community High School.

Among the 24 schools in Grundy County, Minooka Junior High School ranked second in enrollment with 1,064 students, while Minooka Intermediate School welcomed 1,019 students to be ranked third in the 2021-22 school year.

Minooka Community High School is a part of Minooka Community High School District 111, which generally encompasses schools within Grundy County with its main office in Channahon.

In the previous school year, Minooka Community High School had the highest number of students among Grundy County schools.
