APPROVAL OF MINUTES

A motion was made by Councilman Terry Morris, seconded by Councilman Larry E. Hug, to approve the minutes of the October 17, 2022 Public Service Meeting. The motion carried by the following vote:

Purchase of one (1) Ford Escape for the Department of Public Utilities from Ron Tirapelli Ford, Inc. in the amount of $29,525.24 TMP-4660

Greg Ruddy, Director of Public Works, discussed the purchase of one (1) Ford Escape for the Department of Public Utilities, in the amount of $29,525.24, from Ron Tirapelli Ford, Inc.

Purchase of one (1) Ford Explorer for the E.M.A. Director position from Ron Tirapelli Ford, Inc. in the amount of $45,000.00 TMP-4661

Greg Ruddy discussed the purchase of one (1) Ford Explorer for the E.M.A. Director position, in the amount of $45,000.00, from Ron Tirapelli Ford, Inc. A motion was made by Councilman Terry Morris, seconded by Councilman Larry E. Hug, to recommend for approval by the Full Council TMP-4660 and TMP-4661. The motion carried by the following vote:

Aye: Councilman Hug and Councilman Morris

CHANGE ORDERS/PAY ESTIMATES/FINAL PAYMENTS

Change Order No. 3 in the Amount of ($10.41) and Payment Estimate No. 11 and Final in the Amount of $173,137.42 for the Lead Service line Replacement Phase 2C to Austin Tyler Construction Inc. TMP-4645

Anthony Anczer, Deputy Director Engineering, discussed Change Order No. 3, in the amount of ($10.41) with a contract extension to June 30, 2022, to Austin Tyler Construction Inc.

Amendment No. 1 for the Phase I Engineering Services for the Theodore Street Bridge over Rock Run Creek Improvement Project to Ciobra Group Inc. in the amount of $34,594.66 - MFT Sect. No. 19-00522-00-BR TMP-4654

Greg Ruddy discussed Amendment No. 1 for the Phase I Engineering Services for the Theodore Street Bridge over Rock Run Creek Improvement, in the amount of $34,594.66, to Ciorba Group Inc.

Change Order No. 1 for the Eastside Wastewater Treatment Plant South Grit Chamber Building Replacement Project to C&T Construction Inc. in the amount of $38,395.75 TMP-4657
