APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
A motion was made by Councilman Cesar Guerrero, seconded by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, to approve the Minutes for July 19, 2022 Finance Committee Meeting.

CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS:

AGENDA ITEMS:
Extension of Operating Agreement and restoration of funding
Greg Peerbolte - Heritage Corridor, presented on the restoration funding for support of The Old Joliet Prison Stabilization Plan and Historic Museum. Due to Councilman Mudron and Councilwoman Reardon's conflict of interest, no committee recommendation was taken; however, Chris Regis advised that he will present to the full council at the next council meeting.
James Ghedotte, Director of Finance - presented the Receipt of the 2021 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR). Brief discussion was held and the report was recommended to move to full council for approval.
A motion was made by Councilman Cesar Guerrero, seconded by
Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, to recommend for approval the Receipt of the 2021 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR), to move to full council for approval.

Kevin Sing, Budget Officer - briefly discussed the Monthly Financial Report. Brief discussion held.
Mr. Ghedotte briefly discussed the Invoices Paid report. No further discussion held.
Armando De Avila, Risk Management - discussed employment positions currently open within the City of Joliet and employees working transitional duties. No further discussion held.
