CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS
Rachel Resk, owner of 310 Dewey, spoke regarding her main sewer line that has collapsed. Owen Dean, Civil Engineer I, stated that there was a similar sewer issue at one of the neighbors. She is requesting the 50/50 Program to repair this sewer line. Owen will put the Agreement together to have this done.
A motion was made by Councilwoman Bettye Gavin, seconded by Councilman Terry Morris, to approve a 50/50 Agreement with the owner of 310 Dewey to have this sewer repaired.

Councilwoman Gavin discussed a complaint from a resident that this pond is not being maintained and would like someone to reach out to him.
Parkwood Avenue ID-779-20
Councilwoman Gavin said there was a complaint from a resident that their backyard floods. It started happening after the path was redone in Pilcher Park by the Joliet Park District. Councilwoman Gavin reached out to the Park District.
