Rising home prices in Plainfield (Will County) in the first quarter of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Plainfield in Will County rose by $65,000 while total sales decreased by 2.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were 166 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 21% increase over the $310,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 171 homes sold in Plainfield in the first quarter of 2021.
