Pricing for the median home in Shorewood increased during the first quarter of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Shorewood rose by $61,000 while total sales increased by 22.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were 70 homes sold, with a median sale price of $326,500 - a 23% increase over the $265,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in Shorewood in the first quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Shorewood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,479, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2022.
