Home prices increased in Preston Heights during the first quarter of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Preston Heights rose by $195,000 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 243.8% increase over the $80,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Preston Heights in the first quarter of 2021.
