The first quarter of 2022: Home prices in Crystal Lawns increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Crystal Lawns rose by $32,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 14.9% increase over the $217,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Crystal Lawns in the first quarter of 2021.
