The first quarter of 2022: Home prices in Lakewood Shores fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Lakewood Shores fell by $25,550 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,450 - a 15.6% decrease over the $164,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Lakewood Shores in the first quarter of 2021.
