Pricing for the median home in Fairmont decreased during March 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2022 in Fairmont fell by $47,750 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2022, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,000 - a 33.5% decrease over the $142,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Fairmont in March 2021.
