Village of Elwood Finance Committee met Dec. 21.

Here are the minutes provided by the committee:

The Village of Elwood Finance Committee's regular meeting at 4:00 p.m., was called to order by Finance Director Day.

Present: Finance Director Robbie Day, Committee Member Doug Jenco, Committee Member Jodie Bertucci and Village Administrator Julie Friebele

Absent: Committee Member Darryl Lab

PRESENTATION OF MINUTES

The minutes from the November 23, 2021 meeting were presented and reviewed. Committee Member Jenoc made a motion to approve the November 23, 2021 minutes as presented. Committee Member Bertucci seconded the motion. The motion carried.

PRESENTATION OF BILLS – UNPAID INVOICE REPORT

The unpaid invoice report for $92,349.79 was presented and reviewed. Committee Member Jenco made a motion to send the Unpaid Invoice Report to the Village Board for consideration on January 12, 2022. Committee Member Bertucci seconded the motion. The motion carried.

PRESENTATION OF BILLS – PAID INVOICE REPORT

The paid invoice report from 11/23/2021 through 11/30/2021 and 12/01/2021 through 12/20/2021 in the amount of $393,804.21 was presented and reviewed. There was a discussion regarding the reissuance of a check lost in the mail as well as the payment of a delayed invoice for the 2021 Bond issue.. Committee Member Jenco made a motion to send the Paid Invoice Report as presented to the Village Board for consideration on January 12, 2022. Committee Member Bertucci seconded the motion. The motion carried.

MONTHLY FINANCIAL REPORT

The monthly report for November 2021 was presented and reviewed. The committee discussed the benchmark overage/shortfalls for November 2021. Committee Member Jenco made a motion to send the.monthly financial report as presented to the Village Board on January 12, 2022. Committee Member Bertucci seconded the motion. The motion carried.
