On Feb. 3, George Larry and George Jessica Christine purchased a home at 107 Brynn Drive, Manhattan from David Zack (co-trustee), Sharon Zack (co-trustee) and Zack Family Trust for $335,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $8,307.84. This is 2.48% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2022, four properties sold in Manhattan.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, David L. Zack has been registered to vote since 1992 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Democratic Primaries. Sharon A. Zack has been registered to vote since 1992 and has voted in at least six primary elections, records show, including five Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 107 Brynn Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: David L. Zack, 62, Tracy A. Casas, 35, and Sharon A. Zack, 60.
