On Oct. 29, Joel Garcia and Monica Lawrence purchased a home at 1615 Clement St., Crest Hill from Raymond R. and Vicky L. Soliman for $238,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $3,563.06. This is 1.5% of the sale price of the home.
