3404 Shire Court, Naperville purchased by Nicholas Donato and Brooke Walter

On Sept. 27, Lloyd E. and Kathleen Tressel sold their home at 3404 Shire Court, Naperville to Nicholas Donato and Brooke Walter for $590,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $13,171.64, 2.23% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 64 properties sold in Naperville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, E. Lloyd Tressel has been registered to vote since 1996 and has voted in at least six primary elections, records show, including six Republican Primaries. Kathleen M. Tressel has been registered to vote since 1995 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 3404 Shire Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: E. Lloyd Tressel, 83, Kathleen M. Tressel, 79, and Tara Shannon Tressel, 37.
