On Sept. 30, Andrew Harrington and Carrie Hansen purchased a home at 26964 S. Beverly Drive, Country Hills from First Midwest Bank (trustee) and 17493 FMB for $435,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,748.24, 1.55% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Country Hills so far in September 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 26964 S. Beverly Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: David George Bell, 39, and Catherine L. Bell, 64.
