On Sept. 17, Brendan Patrick and Lorraine Susan McCormick purchased a home at 531 Rhonda Drive, Lockport from David B. Whyte (trustee) and Whyte Family Trust for $425,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $11,762.68, which is 2.77% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 16, 2015. It last sold for $375,000.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, David Bruce Whyte has been registered to vote since 2016 and has voted in at least 10 primary elections, records show, including eight Republican Primaries.
