Grandview Capital LLC unloads 204 Susan Lane, Steger

On Sept. 17, Yolanda Elverton purchased a home at 204 Susan Lane, Steger from Grandview Capital LLC for $110,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,276.42, 2.98% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Sept. 30, 2020. It last sold for $30,000.

So far in September 2021, five properties sold in Steger.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Luke C. Carr, 55, was the only registered voter residing at 204 Susan Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020.
