The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $13,062.38, 3.59% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 27 properties sold in Bolingbrook.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 359 Sweetgum St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Omari a K Mangrum, 48, Diane Shaw, 66, and Maina W Mangrum, 48.
