The home at 21449 Papoose Lake Drive, Crest Hill was sold on Sept. 9 by Warren Arnold (successor trustee) and Barbara I. Buse (living trust) for $235,000. The buyers were James and Jacquiline L. Surdyk.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,944, 1.25% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, seven properties sold in Crest Hill.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Barbara I. Buse has been registered to vote since 1997 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 21449 Papoose Lake Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Barbara I. Buse, 80, and Ralph C Buse, 87.
