U.S. Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) has drawn the ire of the Trump administration for his admonition of claims of election irregularities.
Kinzinger has been battling with Trump frequently this past week.
“Adam’s just mad that The White House didn’t hire his big push and recommendation (we’ll leave who, between us) in the comms shop back in April 2020. Why weren’t they hired, and brought on the team!? Bingo! Because they were close to him, and honestly, he’s a TOOL! Embarrassing!” Dan Scavino tweeted.
Scavino’s tweet came as Kinzinger and Trump were locked in another battle.
Kinzinger was slammed by conservatives and reminded of his constituents after he downplayed voter fraud concerns in a tweet.
"My God," Kinzinger tweeted. "Trying to burn the place down on the way out because you can’t handle losing. No evidence, nothing but your temper tantrum and crazy conspiracies. Embarrassing.
Radio show host and commentator Mark R. Levin also called Kinzinger ‘Romney-lite’ for his stance against Trump.
Kinzinger represents the 16th District which voted overwhelmingly for Trump.
