CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL
Chairman Kiefer called the Plan Commission meeting to order at 7:03 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Commissioners Heinen, Minnis, Ruane, Womack, and Chairman Kiefer were present.
Commissioners Renzi and Seggebruch were not present (not required for quorum).
OTHERS PRESENT: Jonathan Proulx, Director of Planning
PUBLIC COMMENTS
Chairman Kiefer stated no public comments were received via email.
OLD BUSINESS

NEW BUSINESS

Commissioner Ruane made a motion to open the Public Hearing for the requested variance for 16258 S. Howard St. and continue the Public Hearing to the November 17, 2020 meeting of the Plan Commission.
Second by Commissioner Minnis. Vote by roll call: Heinen, yes; Womack, yes; Minnis, yes; Ruane, yes; Kiefer, yes. Motion carried 5-0.

Chairman Kiefer read the reminders.
