The property consists of approximately 43.847 acres generally located: North of Noel Road, and West of the Union Pacific railroad tracks and is located within the corporate limits of the Village of Elwood.

For an Amendment to the Special Use Ordinance 985 to remove the 10 year limitation of the Special Use Permit and the requirement for the payment of annual fees for the Noel Road Container Storage Facility which is generally located at 21100 W. Noel Road, Elwood, Illinois.
