City of Lockport issued the following announcement on Jan. 17.
Congratulations to the Public Works Department and V3 Companies for receiving an American Public Works Association Project of the Year Award for the Downtown Streetscape Project.
Illinois Department of Transportation, Teska Associates, Inc., Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd., and Strand Associates were also part of the project team.
