City of Joliet issued the following announcement on Dec. 6.
Will County Green is accepting holiday lights that are no longer working. They may be dropped off for recycling at three County locations from December 1, 2019 through January 31, 2020.
The locations this year are:
- The Will County Office Building, 302 N Chicago St.
8:30am-4:30pm weekdays
- The Will County Land Use Department, 58 E. Clinton St.
8:30am-4;30pm weekdays
- The Will County Sunny Hill Nursing Home, 401 Doris Ave.
8:30am-8:30pm every day
