City of Wilmington issued the following announcement on Aug. 3.
The First Christian Church of Wilmington and Geri's Hair Salon have teamed up to provide free haircuts for kids on Monday, Aug. 12 and Tuesday, Aug. 13, at the salon, located at 110 N. Water St.
