City of Crest Hill issued the following announcement on July 29.
All account numbers for all Crest Hill utility bills have recently changed. Please see example below referencing changes. All payments made must reference the new account number in the exact format reflected on your bill. Payments made online that do not reference new account number structure may result in processing delays. This includes any payment made through individual bank institutions online banking as well as payments made utilizing City's e-pay website.
