Illinois General Assembly: HB2491 actions on May 16

The following actions were taken on May 16 in the House on House bill HB2491 ("epa-uncontaminated plastics"): "Passed Both Houses", "Third Reading - Passed" and "Added as Alternate Co-Sponsor Sen. Jennifer Bertino-Tarrant".
