The following actions were taken on May 24 in the House on House bill HJR79 ("toll highway auth. capacity"): "Tabled", "Motion Prevailed" and "Motion Filed - Table Bill/Resolution Pursuant to Rule 60(b), Rep. Lawrence Walsh, Jr.".

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Lawrence Walsh, Jr. (D-86) on May 23, "directs the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority to commence a procurement process for projects to provide additional highway capacity along Interstate 55 between Interstate 355 and Interstate 90/Interstate 94 in DuPage, Cook, and Will Counties and toll the additional capacity," according to the General Assembly website.
