Illinois General Assembly: HB907 actions on May 16

The following actions were taken on May 16 in the House on House bill HB907 ("idph-mental health resources"): "Passed Both Houses", "Third Reading - Passed", "Added as Alternate Co-Sponsor Sen. Steve Stadelman" and "Added as Alternate Co-Sponsor Sen. Elgie R. Sims, Jr.".

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. John Connor (D-85) on Jan. 25, "amends the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois" and "directs the Department to create and maintain an online database and resource page on its website," according to the General Assembly website.
