Public Comment
Opened at 7:01pm.
Bob Jones, 553 W. Kennedy Rd. Bobby asked the council what are we going to do with Krueger’s? He said there’s visqueen addition on the front of their house for over six months. Bobby said he wants to put an addition onto his restaurant, but wants to know what color plastic to use. At this point the Mayor asked the Police Chief what we are doing with the courts. The Krueger’s continue to clean up enough to pass and Bobby said it has gotten worse. From what was told to the Chief, it’s legal because it’s part of the structure. There’s an adjudication hearing coming up and their yard cleanliness will be brought up at that hearing. We issue them tickets and they continue to pay them so it’s up to the hearing what’s going to happen.
