City of Wilmington issued the following announcement on Dec. 14.
This is a late night shopping event to help people finish their last minute Christmas Shopping Needs! The stores of Downtown wilmington will remain open late, till 8pm this night, and many will have treats for our customers in store & some will have specials too!!! This is a fun night to get your last minute shopping done, in the small businesses of downtown Wilmington IL - Shop Small!!
