City of Lockport issued the following announcement on Dec. 10.
Disney's Frozen movie at the renovated historic Roxy Theater! Children can dress up as their favorite Frozen character. Pizza, hot dogs, popcorn, candy, and water will be available to purchase.
Thursday, December 27, 2018 at 2 PM – 4 PM
