City of Wilmington issued the following announcement on Nov. 17.
Wilmington Residents,
As a reminder, the yard waste collection program with Waste Management will be ending November 29, 2018 for the season.
If you need assistance with raking & bagging leaves, please contact Eric Roge, Scout Master at 1-815-210-3452 to make arrangements for the boy scouts to come and help.
