School discipline: Which Will County districts reported the most suspensions due to dangerous weapons?

Elwood Community Consolidated School District 203, Laraway Community Consolidated School District 70c and Beecher Community Unit School District 200u reported the highest rate of students suspended for reasons related to a dangerous weapon during the 2016-17 school year in Will County, according to the latest report from the Illinois State Board of Education.

In this analysis, the incident rate is calculated by dividing the number of incidents by district enrollment.
