Pledge of Allegiance

The IT Commission rose and recited the Pledge of Allegiance.

Adoption of the Agenda

The agenda was distributed and adopted by the IT commissioners present. Minutes of the meeting were recorded by Commissioner A. Kapadia

Approval of Minutes

The minutes were reviewed from the May 17th. meeting and were approved.

Unfinished Business

      BoxCast brief overview of the dashboard by Village intern Chris. ITC will need to create work instructions on how to use the new dashboard for recording, scheduling and indexing Village Meetings. BoxCast no longer can steam live unless the event has been scheduled to be recorded. Commissioner Washington to check the BoxCast Pro version features.

      Working with Dep. Mayor M. Lawler on social media policies.

New Business

      Commissioner City event at the Village picnic June 24th. 2018. Most commissions have shown interest and will discuss the setup and share it with other commissions.

      Review possible designs for business cards. Thanks to Commissioner K. Natschke for designing the business card draft.
