a. Commission received memorandum from Chief Vaccaro, dated 28 June 2017, notifying the Commission that a vacancy currently exists for the position of Police Sergeant with the MPD. The Chief requested that the Commission promote the next eligible candidate from the current Promotional Eligibility Register and that the effective date of the promotion be 24 July 2017.
