The City of Crest Hill budget was $35.97 million for its 2015 fiscal year, or $6,037.27 per household.

That's a decrease of 18.7 percent from 2014, when the city spent $44.22 million, or $7,422.74 per household.

Crest Hill has 5,958 households and a population of 20,837.

Since 2001, the City of Crest Hill budget has grown by 261.4 percent, from $9.95 million. The city population has grown 56.3 percent over the same period, from 13,329.
