YMCA asks for helping hand with health day
The Kroehler Family YMCA in Naperville is looking for exhibitors to offer interactive demonstrations, information and giveaways related to health and wellness during Healthy Kids Day 2017 on April 28.
This year’s event includes a Kidz Kabaret performance, a visit by the Naperville police and fire departments, Edward Hospital therapy dogs, Naperville Mayor Steve Chirico telling stories, an interactive gaming truck from Rolling Video Games Chicago, Path of Life, the Green Earth Institute and Color Me Mine.
The event “promotes healthy lifestyles and introduces participants to the array of services” the community offers, according to the YMCA's website.
Healthy Kids Day 2017 will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 34 S. Washington in Naperville. Potential exhibitors may contact Youth Coordinator Becky Melsa by calling 630-420-6270 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
