CALL TO ORDER
A regular meeting of the Village of New Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals was called to order at 7:12 p.m. by Chairman Muehlnickel.
At this time Chairman Muehlnickel noted that all members from the Plan Commission meeting were present for the Zoning Board of Appeals.
REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF A REGULAR ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 16, 2025
A motion was made by Ms. Berkey and seconded by Ms. Dalseth to approve the September 16, 2025 minutes as presented, with Mr. Wheeler abstaining. Voice vote was taken. Motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS
None.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Zoning Board of Appeals at this time, a motion was made by Mr. Blackburn and seconded by Mr. Wheeler to adjourn. Voice vote was taken. Motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:13 p.m.
