1. Consider for Approval the Accounts Payable for the Period of August 16, 2025 through August 28, 2025 in the amount of $677,516.75.
L. LEGISLATION AND ACTION ITEMS
1. Consider for Approval an Ordinance granting approval of an Extension of the Variance granted via Ordinance 24-046 for certain real property located in the R-2 Single Family Residential Zoning District at 12412 W Mackinac Rd, Homer Glen, Illinois [HG-2415-V].
2. Consider for Approval an Ordinance granting [1] a Variance to permit an accessory structure in the front yard where accessory structures are not a permitted obstruction and [2] a Variance to reduce the required side yard setback for a detached accessory structure greater than 750 square feet from twenty-five (25) feet to fifteen (15) feet for certain real property located in the R-1 Single-Family Residential District at 14624 W. 136th Street, Lemont, Illinois (within Homer Glen Corporate limits) [HG-2511-V].
3. Consider for Approval an Ordinance granting [1] a Variance to permit a multitenant sign with nine (9) tenant panels where no more than six (6) are permitted and [2] a Variance to increase the permitted sign face area for a multitenant sign from the permitted 120 to 146 square feet in the C-2 Local Business District at the common address 15741 S. Bell Road, Homer Glen, Illinois [HG-2522-V]..
4. Consider for Approval a Resolution amending the Village of Homer Glen Memorial Tree and Marker Program.
5. Consider for Approval an Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 23-035, Regulating the use of off-road motor vehicles in the Village of Homer Glen.
M. OLD BUSINESS
1. Ordinance No. 25-038, an Ordinance implementing both a municipal grocery retailers’ occupation tax and a municipal grocery service occupation tax in accordance with Section 8-11-24 of the Illinois Municipal Code.
2. Ordinance No. 25-039, an Ordinance Amending Chapter 83-74(G) of the Village Code to permit limited entertainment upon or within a premises licensed to sell alcohol subject to the Village review, approval and issuance of a Special Event Permit.
3. Authorizing the Village President/Village Manager to execute a Franchise Agreement with Delta Communications, LLC d/b/a Clearwave Fiber, subject to the review and approval of the Village Attorney.
