5. Non-Public Hearing: 22619 S. Center Road – Hamstra Roofing

Request: Consideration of a retaining wall that exceeds 2.5’ in height and 50’ in length, in the I-2 General Industrial District, at 22619 S. Center Road. (PIN: 19-09-34-100-004-0000).

6. Non-Public Hearing: The Reserve of Copper Creek Subdivision

Requests: Consideration of the Final Development Plan for a Planned Unit Development and the Final Plat of Subdivision for 35 single-family detached residential lots and 20 townhome lots on approximately 25.9 acres, in the R-3 Attached Two-Family Residential District located at the southeast corner of Locust Street and Utah Street / southwest corner of Maple Street and Utah Street (PIN: 19-09-28-222-001-0000).
