Joliet releases 2024 water quality report for public review

The City of Joliet has released its 2024 Water Quality Report, which is now accessible online at www.joliet.gov/waterqualityreport. This report, known as the Consumer Confidence Report, aims to provide residents with detailed information regarding the quality of their drinking water. The report is a requirement under the Safe Drinking Water Act.

Residents who wish to obtain a physical copy of the report by mail or have any inquiries can reach out to the Public Utilities Department at (815) 724-4230.

The City of Joliet is situated in Will and Kendall counties in Illinois, approximately 30 miles southwest of Chicago. It serves as the county seat of Will County and had a population of 150,362 according to the 2020 census, making it the third-largest city in Illinois.
