Burr Ridge will host its Independence Day celebration on July 3, 2025, at Walker Park. Festivities begin at 5:30 p.m., with fireworks scheduled for dusk. Activities include face painting, a stilt walker, a balloon artist, a rock climbing wall, yard games, and food trucks. Parking is priced at $20; however, reserved parking has sold out. A complimentary shuttle service will operate from 800 Burr Ridge Parkway starting at 6 p.m.
Countryside's event in Yorkville is set for July 4, as part of the United City of Yorkville’s Independence Day Celebration. Fireworks are planned for dusk with a rain date on July 5 at 10:15 p.m., located at Route 47 & Countryside Parkway.
Darien will hold its annual parade along Cass Avenue on July 4. This marks the event's 54th year.
