Paul J. Mackowiak, Army Veteran and Devoted Father, Dies at 86

Paul J. Mackowiak, age 86, passed away at Beecher Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation. Born in Chicago, he served in the United States Army and was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. He is survived by his daughters and sister, and will be remembered by numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church on June 25, 2025, with a Funeral Mass following. Interment will take place at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in Calumet City.
