PRESENTATION
Presentation of PY25 Community Development Block Grant Applications & Eligibility Review
An overview of all submitted proposals for Program Year 2025 CDBG funding is reviewed. The request, description, priority according to the existing
Consolidated Plan, and funding history is discussed for each applicant. The remaining process including the reviewing, scoring, and recommendation process is discussed, as well as the timeline to submit a draft of the new 5 Year Consolidated Plan and PY25 Annual Action Plan to HUD.

Call for Nominations: 2025 Neighborhood Hero Awards
The 2025 Neighborhood Hero awards is now calling for nominations. This is to honor and acknowledge those displaying civic pride within Joliet, with well maintained lawns and thoughtful landscaping (trees, flowers, shrubs, etc.). Nominations can be called in, mailed, or emailed to Jacqueline Lozada at 815-724-4096, jlozada@joliet.gov. All nominations are due Friday, May 30, 2025
