Field work has started on the City-Wide Tree Inventory in Joliet, Illinois. Representatives from Great Lakes Urban Forestry are responsible for carrying out this project. The data collected will focus on every tree within the city's right-of-way, with the aim of assisting in the development of an Urban Forestry Management Plan. This plan will help prioritize and schedule future tree maintenance.

The inventory work will commence on the east side of Joliet and is expected to continue throughout the year. Additional information can be found in attached flyers.
