Ruben Bautista Village Administrator | Village of Monee
As the Village proceeds with its strategic development plans, demolition of properties on Manhattan Monee Road and Gail Avenue is set to begin. The Village has acquired these properties at fair market value with the agreement of sellers, as discussed in several board meetings. This area is considered prime commercial space and is slated for future development.
The demolition process will commence on May 7th, targeting three houses on Manhattan Monee Road, and is expected to continue throughout the summer.
