1. Consider for Approval an Ordinance granting [1] a Variance to permit an accessory structure in the front yard where accessory structures are not a permitted obstruction; [2] a Variance to increase the maximum aggregate square footage of accessory structures from the allowed one thousand two hundred (1,200) square feet to two thousand two hundred and seventy-seven (2,277) square feet, and; [3] a Variance to increase the maximum height for an accessory structure from the permitted fifteen (15) feet to seventeen (17) feet for certain real property located in the R-2 Single-Family Residential at 13506 W. 167th Street, Homer Glen, Illinois [HG-2506-V].
2. Consider for Approval a Payment in the Amount of $36,000.00 to Ace Pyro LLC., per the terms of the 3-year contract that was signed in 2022. The contract service agreement is for year(s) 2023, 2024, and 2025 for the Homer Community Festival.
3. Consider for Approval an Ordinance Amending Chapter 75, Buildings, of the Code of the Village of Homer Glen.
4. Consider for Approval an Ordinance Amending Chapter 114-10, Fees, Planning and Zoning and Chapter 114-12, Fees, Building Department of the Code of the Village of Homer Glen.
