a) Case No. HG-2506-V, 13506 W. 167th Street, Homer Glen, Illinois (Public Hearing): Consideration a request for approval of [1] a Variance to permit an accessory structure in the front yard where accessory structures are not a permitted obstruction; [2] a Variance to increase the maximum aggregate square footage of accessory structures from the allowed one thousand two hundred (1,200) square feet to two thousand two hundred and seventy-seven (2,277) square feet, and; [3] a Variance to increase the maximum height for an accessory structure from the permitted fifteen (15) feet to (20) feet for certain real property located in the R-2 Single-Family Residential at 13506 W. 167th Street, Homer Glen, Illinois.
